Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

Training & Supervision for organizations and therapists.

The services I provide are LGBTQ+ affirming. All people deserve access to care that can name the unique ways oppression is systematically perpetuated against them in our society.

I am an indigenous person and bring this cultural framework to my work and healing process.

Primarily, I work with the following groups of people:

Social work and mental health trainees who desire clinical supervision from a decolonial mental health perspective

Organizations seeking to integrate trauma informed care and motivational interviewing skills into their services and systems of care

Indigenous and Native people working to honor their culture, ancestral ways and healing practices

People who are concerned about their loved one’s substance use

Childhood trauma survivors or survivors of traumatic events or circumstances - for example: essential workers seeking to heal from the impacts of the pandemic

People impacted by societies invalidating and traumatizing response to marginalized identities and experiences, particularly queer and or trans folks

I provide services to individuals and families seeking to address the pain and challenges that have overcome their lives, either from a history of hurtful experiences and/or from currently participating in hurtful, destructive behavior. I will work with you to make connections about how your experience of traumatic events and past relationships continue to inhibit the realization of your health and wellness.
